Originally an olive press, this villa was recently restored with luxury, elegance and comfort in mind. It is still surrounded by beautiful terraced olive groves, with views looking out across the swimming pool towards the distant walled city of Lucca.

The villa offers all the comforts of a five-star hotel and more. It is beautifully decorated with fine furnishings, luxurious fabrics and an unmistakeable attention to detail. The warm, inviting color palette creates a relaxed and cozy feeling. On the ground floor, the main entrance hall leads to a fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast room, a lovely dining room, and a pleasant, spacious lounge with an office area offering all the modern conveniences. The first floor's sunny, spacious and elegantly-appointed queen bedrooms all feature wood-beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors, and each has modern en suite bathrooms. The villa is fully heated and air-conditioned.

Casa Rossa has been designed for the pleasures of outdoor living. The lovely flood-lit swimming pool is perfect for enjoying the warm Tuscan summers, and comfortable furniture invites you and your guests to enjoy dining al fresco. The surrounding countryside offers many opportunities for olive and woodland walks. Casa Rossa is part of an expansive estate with a prestigious private wine cellar, where you can arrange a tailor-made wine tasting program for your group. The estate offers its impeccable concierge service to Casa Rossa guests. Spa treatments can also be arranged at the nearby spa in Montecatini. Families and larger groups can rent additional villas on the same estate which offer the same high level of quality and service.

What to do in the Lucca area of Tuscany
The historic town of Lucca features many attractions and unlimited historic charm. Take a stroll or rent a bicycle and ride through the town past famous monuments, ancient walls, several churches and the Guinigi Tower, which has trees planted at the top. In the town's cathedral is a small chapel containing the famous "volto santo" cross of Lucca. Every September 14th, the huge procession of Santa Croce fills the streets of Lucca to commemorate the date when the cross was first brought to the town. Tourists from all over the world come to enjoy this annual local tradition. Make sure to visit the church of Saint Michele, then enjoy cappuccino in Saint Michele square. And don't miss shopping along the Via Fillungo! There is something interesting to discover around every corner of Lucca.

North of Lucca, the famous Garfagnana Valley extends for miles, a splendid natural vista of mountains and hills. Along the way, stop at the famous "Devil's Bridge"—legend says the Devil himself has visited this spot. A huge Halloween celebration is held here every year. In Pisa, the famous Leaning Tower awaits. Some say it is one of the wonders of the world, and all agree that a sight of the Leaning Tower is a must for all who come to Italy. Nearby Forte Dei Marmi is one of the most popular places in Italy during the summer, boasting a beautiful beach, elegant shops and boutiques, and active nightlife of bars and discos like La Capannina and the Twiga Club.
